Scammer claiming he was from Microsoft and telling me that my email has been compromised he didn't give me my email address which was correct. Remind me to access my computer to fix my address that he claimed was being compromised. It's a scam and probably ends up being ransomware that is installed in your computer the time you're done with dealing with this turd ball. Microsoft never calls you. Lastly he was telling me that Microsoft controllers my email address even though my email address is with AOL. He gave me some runaround technologically there was a bunch of BS. Ignore this.

Received a call in Michigan on Aug 1st, 2019 {afternoon around 4:30 pm} from 800-642-7676 - Indian guy says he's from Microsoft Tech Center & knew my email address. Asked me if I was traveling in the US via Texas or Florida. I said "no". He then told me I need to be in front of my computer for a few short steps & there was no charge involved being I have been a long time Microsoft customer. Stated that my email was involved in criminal activity. I said "O Really" {heads up}... From there I told him that "I'm not at my computer & will not be there for several hours". He told me he would call me back. I asked him where he was located & he said the US. Then asked him to be specific & he said NY the Bronx. He started to cop an attitude that my AOL account was hacked & my personal information such as Bank Account #'s were being stolen. I replied " thats interesting being I have -0- bank account #'s on my computer or personal financial statements". I asked him "if he needed access to my computer & he said no". He said to follow him on certain steps & if I found anything :I may have to purchase software to clean up some viruses that the hacker left behind. I asked him to "send me an email to validate that he was with Microsoft with his Employee ID & full name then started to get annoyed - telling me that the hacked installed software on my system that would not allow him to email me or create any type of contact. I said "if your Microsoft then email me at another account that you have on file - simple" & then asked me for that email address. He stated he didn't have that level of administration to do so. He also wanted my IP address. Again "I don't know who you are but it's quite obvious that your a scammer out to steal my ID & lock up my computer. Told him that I had him on the line long enough to trace his call out of New Jersey - where most of these guys work out of. When I called the number back - it appeared to be a professional American female voice claiming to be Microsoft Technical Support & placed me on hold then the connection went dead as if they cut me off. Be aware. These people need to be hunted down "tarred & feathered", then send their asses back to where they came from. America's third WW will start from within - being the Democrats have opened the doors in the US to foreigners. Ford Motor Company employees up to 10,000 engineers from India & Michigan has turned into the likes of New Jersey. Time to move on. The worse drivers I've ever seen, bump into other cars at Kroger's & take off without a note. Make America Great Again: Send the People without Souls back to where they came from. SOB's
Trump in 2020 ;-0
